Starting your own Property Management Biz?

Does anyone else contemplate starting their own property management company? On top of your career, REI and everything else does anyone else have these desires? Round up investors and take on a few more tenants. I mean if your already managing successful properties a few more cant cause too much more drama?

Any input?

I did! That was a dream of mine. I loved property management. I love being a landlord and i LOVE lease writing.  I thought it would be a great way to produce much needed cash flow to reinvest in our investments.

Than I helped a few friends rent their house. I quickly realized it was not my gig. There was too much stress, peoples emotions and honestly crazy market predictors, that it wasn't fun. After that i quickly realized I liked managing MY properties. Where the only bosses I have to answer to is my income statement and the husband ;)
