When you buy at auction you have to put everything in your name on the spot.

There is a spot on the counter/ acceptence form for you to make notes.

Not trying to put you on the spot, I just think the more good idea's shared on the forum the more we all benefit.

I was reading about it today, and it got me thinking that the people who invested there right before it became the hot spot it is today must have made out like crazy.So that got me thinking about what might be the next "Hoboken", considering how many cities we have outside of NYC and philly.
