I was reading about it today, and it got me thinking that the people who invested there right before it became the hot spot it is today must have made out like crazy.So that got me thinking about what might be the next "Hoboken", considering how many cities we have outside of NYC and philly.

Make it 6' tall if you want to spend a tiny bit more.I'd also pull enough tile out of the closet, or from where the fridge goes and put it in that spot, the stuff under the fridge doesn't need to match perfectly.frank

If you go to the event we are attending tomorrow (on the right side of YOUR dashboard), you will see a spot above the "attending" or "Maybe" buttons that says "invite colleagues.It then takes you to a screen where all of your colleagues are there and you can select which ones you would like to invite to attend the event.Because I have so many colleagues, it is impossible to remember who is local and who is not.
