I’m doubtful, which makes me wonder how skilled and experienced 2nd TD lenders protect themselves here?

It's just not my skill set, and outside of my tolerance range.

Understanding how best to clear the trade is something that is a skill needing to be learned with this asset class as we all know there is some counter-party risk out there.

I will be searching mostly for fixer uppers so as to fully utilize my skill set as a contractor, but I have a lot of work to do to learn the ropes.I appreciate this opportunity to introduce myself and look forward to engaging with this community!!

Once I joined forces with smart people with different skill sets, my business took off. many banks and hedge funds will sell one off to you if you know who to talk to and how to talk to them.I was fortunate to have that banking background where my phone would ring several times per day with real estate investors asking me to buy my REO.

I just wanted to introduce myself as a new user.I have always had a passion for real estate and am looking to strengthen my skill set.
