Hello! I'm from Los Angeles looking to invest in real estate in Grand Junction, CO. My husband and I bought our first home here in LA one year ago and are now looking to buy and hold rental properties. The purchase of our home is all the real estate experience we have.

The thought of investing or managing property here in LA seems overwhelming, which in why we are looking into CO. I have family in Colorado and someday we may consider moving there. My husband and I both work full time, he's in online marketing and I'm a graphic designer. We'd like to someday have kids, but to do so I'd have to quit my job. We need to plan on how we can afford for me to be a stay at home mom and set the plan in motion now.

I'm looking forward to making connections and learning more about investing here on BP. I welcome all the advice I can get. Thanks!
