Hey BP gang! I just wanted to introduce myself as a new user.

I have always had a passion for real estate and am looking to strengthen my skill set. Ultimately, I'd like to take my knowledge and skill to begin flipping houses in the DFW market.

Any tips/advice would be great! Thank you all :)
