Hey everyone, what is simply the best and most strategic way to pay off your credit card?

Obviously they're not as motivated but they definitely want to sell since they answered my direct mail post cards.

Below are my concerns:1)Since I did not meet the time frame A.com set forth can they take the $2,500.00 I had to put up on my credit card in order to bid on this home?

Where can I find tax info if it's not in the assessor's property card?

I believe that they put your credit card deposit on hold an release the Friday after the event.

Plays cards right, may be able to live rent free for 4 years if gets enough renters.  

My guess is that the house has wood siding, which will require some scraping, scrubbing, and fresh paint.

A broker can give you a starbucks card or something like that but they cannot pay a referral fee to a non licensed person. ( in most states)
