Hello everyone,  long time reader and podcast listener, first time poster...  

I'd love to hear thoughts on how you’d approach this one.

I guess I am just having a hard time really trying to decide on a market. 

One of our properties is on the far south side over my UW-Rock, which is my favorite rental spot because it's full of single family and duplex homes, lots of cul-du-sacs that keep traffic noise down, and near the interstate.

I have a full time job but that is not enough..

They are young, still in college one more year with minimal income.  

It could be he is lodged and charged after which you can take possession based on abandonment/non-payment.It's always a good idea to use an attorney but if you spend the time, read the laws it's a pretty straight forward process to evict on the grounds you stated.  

Hey @Suman Nandi, no matter what tool you use, you will never get a 100% accurate picture.AirDNA can be useful but it can be inaccurate thus you want to use the enemy method as well.There is no all in one tool to find zoning laws.

The new property wouldn’t cash flow much but neither is the old one I have.

i am seeking to rent out my single family house and am considering a property manager. what do you think i should look for in choosing one?
