My primary occupation is UI Engineer for Netflix in SF Bay area. I just sold 1 rental that I self managed for 8 years and now have several SFH in IN, TX & TN. At this point I would love to find a 2-4 units in B or B- areas that cashflows nicely or has the potential to.
