I have a few seller finance deals that I am currently rehabing and was wondering if anyone had any creative ideas of pulling the renovation money out while still keeping the seller financing loan since they are 0-3% in place. 

Purchase price: $299,000 Purchased as primary residence back in 2018 with no money in the deal.

Will large sums of money get you there, or slow drips over time?

My whole life so far have been to climb the ladder and invest in retirement but I recently read Rich Dad Poor Dad and Be Obsessed or Be Average and it has completely changed my mindset on money, wealth, and life in general. 

You should be able to find one near you.Don't waste your money on the Tony Robbins stuff.

I ended up getting a small place that I spent way too much time and money on.

The hotel is going to make all of the money by design.

For now the bank says they need to know what is the money going to be used for (the central bank may ask), and ‘liquidity’ doesn’t look enough.Let’s stay connected and share findings..!

Unless you already have the money and financing, you might want to start with smaller/easier properties.....?
