I am curious if anyone has tried the mastermind group of ICOR in Colorado? They are charging 1500.00 to join a mastermind group. Is a fee typical or what has anyone's experience been or any suggestions.?  

Does BP coordinate any MMGroups?  Looking for a way to up my game.  

I have two investment properties and strategizing my next move.
