Does anyone know of any profitable hotel condos or ones that are making their way in that direction?

Also does anyone know of any pre-sales of upcoming hotel condo projects?

I don't know that there is such a thing as a "profitable" hotel condo. The hotel is going to make all of the money by design. You might cover most of your mortgage payment.
