Depending on the order of operations here, if you enter the market to try and rent up the properties first, prior to ownership, you would need a real estate license issued by the state.

I have absolutely no experience in real estate as of yet but I am hoping to build my career and obtain the knowledge and strategies I need for success .I will be turning 21 this month and have the goal of obtaining my real estate broker license and am currently saving money in the hopes of putting a down payment on a home (when a good deal presents itself)  to be my first investment property.If anyone has any tips or suggestions I would be more than happy to listen and if anyone has knowledge about any real estate brokers in the Naperville,  Aurora,  or  Chicago IL areas please share!
