Once these homes are leveled the neighborhood looks better.

@Rocky V. no most don't require that level of rehab.  

I signed up online for water service, but was denied because apparently I need a master meter, which requires almost as much documentation as purchasing the property itself!

The position's that we put our families in when we push the limits to break through to the next level.

I recently considered a service that basically does what you mention specifically as "corporate housing" with companies, but never went further into it as I ended up renting the unit out to some normal folks.

I understand at a very basic level the importance of legal advice in real estate transactions.

That's simply ridiculous, and this agent must have been an idiot of the next level sort to have tried something like that.

There's a lot of stock of 10-25 year old detached tri-levels in places like Roy in that size.  

My goal is to pay a fair price for good service and not be taken advantage of.
