The sale price is 70k, the house is in good shape but I would need to finish the 2nd bed and bath.

I just finished reading the BP's Ultimate Beginners Guide and am excited to start reading the remaining BP's books.My main goal with real estate investing is to create financial freedom.  

I just finished a chapter in the Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor and it caught my eye when it said you can deduct Property Tax and Homeowners Insurance.  

Hondros is fully on board with online classesI was enrolled there for the in-class classes in feb 2017, but they offered the online option midway so I finished them off online just a week ago and shaved 2 weeks off from what my last class would have been otherwise I liked the class interaction as many students are in the field already and bring their perspectives to the class experience as do the instructors!

Our investor client will finish the property and sell immediately.We are now biased to prelisting our investment properties including fix and flips as well as turnkey investments, but curious if you see any negatives to this strategy?

I am assuming they are doing the inside work also (drywall, paint, etc.) to finish it off?  

If I were to guess, you could probably get mid $2k's (conservative estimate) per month for that type of unit (depending on finishes, etc).
