Anyways I was wondering how much you generally pay for someone like this and how you pay them (per job/per hour)I feel that in the beginning he charged very little for his services, but lately he has been increasing prices.For instance, for a one bed one bath apartment (650 sq ft apx) with large kitchen he charged $1660 for basic cleaning and paint.

If so, just wondering how has the process worked out for you..for instance if you purchased a Homepath REO and found during the inspection process there were major issues with the property, if you were able to get the prices lowered on the property?

It depends on the rents for the area as well.For instance if the rent per unit is low 300 but paying a maintenance person labor is very high for that area then you might need more units to compensate above the normal average of 50 units or higher etc.

I would suggest a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad which is very famous, and the gentleman who wrote it accumulated approx. 14,000 residential units from scratch.
