Hello Everyone,
I have been reading a lot of the articles on this site and listening to the podcasts for about a month. The information is helpful and entertaining. I look forward to diving in deeper to the community by becoming a member.
My goal in real estate is to acquire enough single family home rental properties to eventually cover my bills and enter the real estate field full time. I currently have 2 houses that I purchased as REOs. I am hoping to add a 3rd and 4th in the next 6 months and eventually end up at 10 or so. I really enjoy buying houses, fixing them up and giving a family a nice place to live.
I have been attending some local REIAs and I am looking forward to meeting people on this site as well.
