Partnering with your own QRP
Hello everyone! I am new to this forum and I must say that I have learned so much in past two months since I came across this group and signed up. This forum helped me to fine tune my RE investment goals and have different investment perspectives.
There has been one question that I cannot seem to resolve from opinions of some Qualified Retirement Plan "experts."
My quandary is: "Can you establish a partnership with your own QRP?"
Some "experts" have said "Yes," as long as the accounting is clear cut.
Some, on the other hand, have said "No, " because it is self-dealing thus a prohibited transaction.
I would like to ask if anyone on this forum had any experience and/or knowledge on this topic to clarify.
Thanks.
