Hi, I am dead new to the page and real estate and investing, and in fairness to many more things, but I am trying to get my head around it and this looked like a great place to learn (along with the 5 books I already bought and started).

I spend a fair amount of time in the car and was wondering if anyone had any other real estate investing podcasts, YouTube channels, etc. that they would recommend that also provide content comparable to the BP podcasts.

I use Coho Electric a fair amount but not sure they fully meet your small shop criteria.  

My to-be cosigner is an investor with a fair amount of properties and loans out.

I am from the Twin Cities and lack a lot of knowledge of the area, fair market rent, major employers of the area (if any) and etc.. 

As licensed agents, we can make money doing short sales or brokering transactions at fair market value.
