Try to get my feet wet, but can't find any water!

Hello. I'm sure I'm not the only one out there that has noticed things are getting quite competitive with housing again in Henderson. I've been looking for an investment and things are not staying on the market long. I feet I have missed the boat to get a decent rental. This would be my first purchase in Henderson ( besides my home I live in) and was wondering if people have had any better luck or ideas for a new guy. Because MLS listings are not lasting. I've considered auctions. But plan to do much more Lear info before I go that route.

Not every stock is worth buying and not every area is worth buying in.  I would rather have no tenant than a bad one and the same goes for an investment deal.
