I invest outside the city more because I enjoy the way the townships handle codes and other things and anything to do with the city itself. 

I enjoy working with other investors especially those from BiggerPockets!

I find these type of tenants often enjoy having a "valet".

These homebuyers are finding that they are able to enjoy many of the amenities of Palo Alto in the downtowns of San Carlos and Belmont.

As time moves forward, I HOPE (I think it is a good bet) appreciation will continue to rise on all of my properties and I will enjoy positive cash flow from my re-positioned units. 

Investing is what prompted me to pursue the license and what I enjoy most, but as you said being an agent is an opportunity to earn extra income.  

It is also common to feel you are being short-changed by measures intended to address the systematic issues.That aside, I agree that everyone who works smartly and hard to get ahead should be able to enjoy the fruits of her or his efforts and that discrimination is something to be overcome ... by all of us.

I enjoy my work too much to retire now and I am paid too well.

I've been hosting for over a year now and have two properties i run and have enjoyed it quite a bit.

The holding costs made me go way over budget.I still do the things I'm good (and fast) at and enjoy, but the rest gets farmed out to the pros.
