I had some success in Nashville but looking to move to Atlanta was wondering what are good areas for fix and flips and could really use advice from a seasoned professional in the Atl and need to link up ..thanks ☺

There are numerous areas in Atlanta that is hot for flips. I am an intown Atlanta investor and it is easier to name the areas that are bad. Stay away from Vine City and English Avenue areas. There is a lot of hype but not a lot of buyers. Finding deals that enable you to be successful is harder than good areas. Good luck!
