With nothing to show but a bankrupcy on my record, I moved to Las Vegas to start fresh in an industry that had nothing to do with real estate.

If I complete the repairs and put a fresh tenant in there, I can bump rents up to $1,200/mo (again, make sure a local property manager can confirm market rent for you). 

But if it’s a fresh number, how do I get started with that kind of capitol ($30-50k).

The best part is getting it delivered and the old one taken away.Then again, you could just fix it if your handy.As far as who is responsible, read your lease and find out!!!

I have paid so much money and keep being told in the end when the answers that were promised aren't delivered, I need to pay more to get information origionally promised, on how to navigate through the business.

You need to ask the seller to deliver one of the units empty at close.
