Newbie seeking advice on triplex?
Interested in buying my first multi (Triplex). In my market (FL). Most wanted cash or conventional. Wouldn't take FHA or VA loans. Did find a triplex in the hood fully rented 3k purchase price 260k comps were tough barely any matching triplex been sold within last year. It needs some TLC it is near a cruise port. They do take FHA I would have to live in a unit eventually for a time 800 sq ft. would make $400 cash flow after mortgage with me occupied a unit do to loan requirement. Don't know if I should take it? Help..
