I think this is where I would get the most value and it definitely has the most opportunity but again, as foreign as a flip phone.

I also think the quality of the beach (i.e., the sand and the water) is better in Gulf Shores and Orange beach...I have a theory that the beach gets better the farther east you go...will have more info on that in a couple weeks.  

It's not easy to work your way into a GP role, especially with a team that already has experience/track record.Some things to think through..How many deals has the team done together?
