I found Bigger Pockets through the podcast and have been lurking here in the forums for a couple of weeks.  

I'm selling a couple properties I own in Chatt.

They're not down for owner financing... i've spoken to a couple banks and they don't see the value in the purchase because they said they need a valuation on the property alone and not with the connecting properties (makes no sense to me) so now I've turned to Bigger Pockets and I need some suggestions.Breakdown: 1 Neighbor wants $1.3 million and the other i can get for 900k  both of these + my land brings total SF to around 18k+ sf of land. projects in the area have sold - just land value for approx $300/sf  this lot would be far superior given the location and it becoming a full city block... 

Most realtors will have at least a couple reviews online on either zillow, facerbook, google etc.

I dealt with a couple of investors over the best couple of years and almost every "Deal" in MLS ended up with multiple offers and Highest and Best situations.  

Hi, I'm potentially partnering up with some long term family friends of mine to build a house on my property.I bought about a 1/2 acre  property for 75,000 in the Tahoe area a couple of years ago for a new build for my family and I.

I really would like to have a mentor for my first couple of deals.

You'd still be paying for an inspection and appraisal and could potentially lose that money as well as a couple of months of your time during the process.

A couple of suggestions, please find and verify the amount of times the property has truly flooded.

A couple of the lease rates are below market rent/sq ft, so while I'd like to bump those up a small amount as they've never been raised, I also don't want to immediately have a bad reputation with those tenants.Suggestions or past experiences?
