My situation turned out to be because the e-mail was forwarded from my business to my personnel e-mail so when I replied from my personnel it got lost.No complications like that.

Will be interesting to see if that continues through the remainder of the year.I've never considered wholesaling, seems way too complicated for me.  

Not a fan of the author's penny-pinching mindset (i.e. always get a deal even if it's pretty much a steal) but the techniques he teaches are IMO legit and also even if you don't use them it's super helpful to be able to recognize if someone is using them on you.

As it stands, it is taxed as an S-Corp, so starting a new LLC would complicate things on the tax side and trigger additional unnecessary expenses.
