Color coding: Purple-plumbing, Blue-cleaning, Green-landscaping, Yellow-electrical, Orange-Misc, Red-Carpentry, White-painting, Grey-special projects and PPE (personal protective equipment).

Still darker tone to mask dirt yet can go with lighter colors too

Ask about the animal's distinguishable traits (name, size, breed, temperament, coloring, etc.).

LOL they made me choose the paint color and I butchered it because I was too cheap to pay an exterior designer $1500 bucks to do it.

If they press you for why, reply that the background check is confidential and if you told them why, you'd be violating that confidentiality, which is true.Chances are, you're going to find some colorful background anyway.

There may be a chance that the gold price in fiat dollars may show it's true colors to the public, even before a currency crisis manifests on main street.

If we were a prospect tenant I would rather you come out and say you wouldn't rent to me because you don't like my hair color, or the way the planets are aligned etc..
