Getting more Real Estate Leads

Hi,

So I just started working for a Property Management company for about a month or two. I'm currently using Craigslist as a source to generate more leads. I'm posting about 4 to 5 houses for rent at a time. I get about 5-20 calls/texts per week more or less. Is there a more efficient way to get more leads on the internet? I'm just starting out in this field.

I'm also in the process of creating my own website specifically for leasing homes in my area. I'm still a college student so this is kind of a part time project. I got my domain name, payed for web hosting and now I just need to buy/install a real estate theme. I'm going to use IDX broker as I'v heard on youtube and other websites that its a good program to generate many leads. But one website can only do so much.

So thus far.. I have craigslist and my website I'm going to put up. Any other ideas for me to Market the homes I put on craigslist and how to get more leads via the internet? Or just how to get leads in general.
