They are only more efficient if you use less than 40 gallons per day...ahaha.Standard tank heaters have an expected life span of 10-15 years, but they will usually last up to 30 years with even occasional maintenance.

Most of those post have been about insurance for rental properties that cover AirBnb opportunities.Ultimately my goal is to A) Choose the right insurance provider for my first home, and B) Think like a savvy investor on the front end and go with a provider that will allow me to insure my primary residence with the ability to AirBnb the property from time to time with the proper coverage.Anyone had any luck with AirBnb out of their primary residence occasionally and insurance providers who cover it?

There is always the occasional anomaly, but I think that Whitestown and Brownsburg will be easier to find good deals.As far as being "scared to pull the trigger" I would say good for you.
