Newbie in Dayton, OH

Hello everyone. I am very pleased to have discovered this forum, and I would like to start by introducing myself. My name is Fon, and I live with my wife and three of our four children in Dayton, OH.

Our oldest is 22, and she lives in California. I owned a few properties many years ago, but I sold them. I am focusing my attention to wholesaling right now. I am learning a lot from reading the forum posts. I look forward to learning and interacting with all of you.
