Hello Everyone, I'm new to the networking scene, but I'm attending my first REI meeting today in Grand Rapids hoping to link up with some RE wholesalers and investors.

Some parks where I am at are barred from bring in new trailers as the county adopted new rules about mobile homes if flood plains.

It doesn't have the signs of being a super dangerous area:  bars on the windows, boarded up houses, graffiti.  

I already appraised at 650k, and this will only go up after the work, as the town is experiencing an astounding amount of growth and gentrification at the moment.This is the #1 street in the center of town, 2 minutes walk from the nyc mid-town direct train station, and 2 minutes from all of the bars, shops, and restaurants.
