Tips for a (Prospective) Newbie

Hoping you short-term, vacation rental folks can help me out. What are some things to consider in the short-term/vacation rental market that go beyond just clean towels.

I'm thinking tax considerations, property management, rules/regs, dealing with neighbors, etc. What're some lessons you wish you had been told before you jumped into the AirBnB world?

Thanks

@Cosmo Iannopollo Start with researching the regulation in your city and state. The city law directors, planning group, BP, and local Facebook groups are great sources to start with.

FYI - There’s actually some great advice and content on a few previous posts from people who recently asked this same question! :) You may also find those threads helpful.
