Newbie investor in Richmond, VA

Hi everyone, 

I know it's late but I figured now is as good a time as any. I've been in Richmond almost exactly a year now and my brothers and I are looking to take on our first flip the first half of this year. I'm new to the investment scene but RE as a whole isn't foreign to me. Studied it in school, was an MLO for a period of time and have been at a large CRE research and analytics company the last few years.

I know there's still so much to learn but we're ready to dive in, build a team and get the ball rolling. 

I really appreciate all the great information on this site and am looking forward to being an active contributor and getting to know some of the brilliant people on here!
