Appraiser has been dragging his feet for weeks b/c of lack of comps - it's an old house turned into a triplex in the Atlanta area - what should we be asking our lender and agent to do to get the appraisal finished so we can get to closing on time - it's a fannie mae, property, so I'm worried they'll just cut us off and take the property back to open listing?

What Randy said, and I would also call your state department of insurance or whatever agency regulates title companies, tell them the problem, and ask for assistance in getting your taxes paid.

So even though those are nice numbers, they are not realistic to what HUD pays out, only a maximum amount.I use the MLS, or a local agency that places rental tenants, and I use them to place tenants for me, because in case you have been under a rock, prospective tenants have a LOT more rights and the process to screen is crazier than ever, I outsource it, AND the liability.

But for someone who is primarily renting due to lack of money/credit, how can you do that in these circumstances??

Hey all, I am graduating in May from UVM and joining In Realty Inc. real estate agency as a salesperson.

In all the reading I have found many great ideas but everything lacked the detail needed for me to begin (must be why they all have 'Academy's' and such).

Depending on the sophistication of the seller, they may be able to use your inexperience and lack of knowledge to their advantage.There is no advantage avoiding a good Buyers Agent that is looking out for your best interests.

Lack of sleep can lead to poor performance.

ANY lack of clarity will change/end friendships.
