HENRY's wet patch for small leaks....also, check out youtube for leaky roof repair techniques.you don't have to do it yourself, but, good to know all your options and familiarize yourself with the methods.If you do hire a contractor, you must make sure to check and confirm that they are currently covered for workman comp insurance.BE CAREFUL... falling off of a roof is the most common way to die, while doing construction.

Again thanks.Hey Jeffery,For scripts, you can go to zerotodiamond.com - Ricky Carruth has a lot of free material.As far as lingo and learning how to use the proper tonality, I would go on youtube and search for home seller scripts.Lastly, your real estate license can help you gain credibility when speaking with sellers and can also give you additional options for marketing a homeowner's property.

Upon a consistent youtube wormhole binge (both during and after my "shifts" on Indeed) I found many of Brandon Turner's easy to understand and detail oriented videos into how to get into this world of real estate and quickly understood I didn't have to wait nearly as long as I had originally anticipated to act and begin building wealth outside of what an employer could dictate.I will say that during my profession that I made the common mistake that most probably make when they first come into real money.

What you do is send them the bills and they utilize their algorithms to split the costs amongst the tenants using metrics like number of occupants and the square footage of their unit.
