First Timer from Queens, NY
Hey my name is Clemente, but I also go by Mente. Im new to the BP forums though I have been listening to the podcasts and watching the videos on Youtube for sometime. Finally bit the bullet and upgraded to Pro!
I plan on using 2020 to save up money to purchase my first property to House Hack using an FHA loan. Preferably a Duplex. But willing to pull the trigger sooner if it makes sense.
Hope to learn even more here on the forums. Looking in the NYC or Westchester area.
