First Investment Property
I am about to invest in my first investment property. I am looking at a single family home for 70k at the max and putting 20% down. What part of the US should I look for a deal?
Thanks,
Hector

@Hector Lewis - Congrats on wanting to invest in RE. There are a lot of places, especially in the Midwest, where you can buy a SFH or duplex in your price range. If you are new to investing, familiarize yourself and understand the risks involved with renting Out Of State.
If you aren't familiar with out of state RE investing, I would suggest that you watch Youtube videos by James Wise from Holton Wise Realty, he specializes in selling real estate and property management in the Cleveland Ohio RE market. He has lots of videos and gives educational information for beginners to experienced investors. I find him to be honest and transparent and wants you to understand the pros/cons in RE investing.
