It depends, I recommend doing it the right way by having a license contract pull permits and the engineer making the blue plans, that would be at least $20K and 3-4 months time frame.Of course the other option is do it yourself with some cheap labor, you save money and time but if the city catches you!

I randomly found a house on realtor.com, sent a request for more info in and a realtor called me, showed me a property in "B" neighborhood; i.e. nice, blue-collar working folk area, (as I don’t have 1 specifically to help me find properties on the MLS yet).
