Hello,

My name is Caesar Nguyen, currently working full-time in finance industry. I live in Brooklyn, New York. Through my job, I got the opportunity to engage in investing and managing commercial real estate property in Chicago. Extremely grateful for the experience and leaning new things everyday.

I also have some residential real estate experience on my own since my family (lives oversea) has been investing in residential real estate since I was little. Tagging along my parents to go see houses, plots of land, and construction sites has a big impact on me and my decision to be involved in real estate investing.

I am currently seeking to purchase my first owner-occupy investment property by the end of this year or early next year. My goal is to buy a duplex or triplex in New York city metro area. I figured I have to get my feet wet by become landlord first to learn the ropes before getting into bigger deals.

Hopefully, I can meet and network with other BP members in NYC area. Looking forward to making new friends here.

I have devoured probably 85% of all the podcast on this site in the past few weeks. Practically sleep and eat BP podcasts. lol . So much helpful info.
