Hey,

I am thinking about buying a house in Cleveland.

I would appreciate if you can tell me about the area of those two properties.

What is the neighborhood class?

What is your opinion about those properties?

14505 Kennerdown Ave. Maple Heights

15715 Corkhill Rd. Maple Heights

Thanks

@Tomer Kamil

Hi Tomer... I manage a handful of properties in Maple Heights. @Matt Motil is right about Maple Heights rents. I typically get $875 to $975. I have one that goes for $1100. Be aware that Maple Heights is a point of sale city. They use 3rd party inspectors, that seem to treat investors differently than owner occupied. Thus, the investor is called upon to do repairs that the owner occupant does not need to do. One of the inspectors told me personally, that the percentage of rentals in Maple Heights is well over 50%, and the city is not happy about it.  .

I have one property that had a busted up man door on the garage. We put in a brand new door... they did not bust up the new one. Instead they removed the new door completely and took it with them.
