New Investor looking for Help

Im a new investor looking to get into REI. I have 3 buddies that are all willing to work together as partners and we need some guidances as to where/how to get started.

we basically know exactly what we're looking to get into:

We looking to invest in real estate for the long term. Buy properties to hold for rental. I have some questions regarding what we should do about the partnership and also what are our best options.

can someone outline the steps we will need to take in order to make this successful?

how can we form this partnership so that all profits are split evenly amoung us 4?

Should we form a LLC first before we start looking for properties?

is there a one stop company that can help with setting up the LLC, finding properties at discount prices, and helping purchase a property, or do we need to get a group of different professional to assist with this?

can someone provide some useful information or point me in the right direction?

Basically we are all newbies, and hoping to get some good advice and guidance from experienced investors.
