We have a 3-fam in New Brunswick (on Rutgers University campus) that I need your help with in terms of comps and CMA's.

To be honest I'm just doing the degree at university for structure, because I literally am at a very basic level at this but want to advance.

I have only one daughter that is getting to start her third year at The University of Arkansas and I miss seeing her around now because I spent so much time with her growing up.  

My short goal is to have solid amount of equity in a house that was mostly payed for by tenants before I graduate university in 2020.

Does anyone have lease language where you would return a portion of SD for on-time rent payments and behavior? 

Duke and UNC are some of the top universities in the nation as well.

I guess I just don't understand the point of going through an accounting degree program at the Ohio State University just with the plans to get out of it in 5 years because it will be so unbearable.

There's a lot of guru-ish language but he gives excellent pointers about what factors to look at and how to determine what cycle a given market is in.Be careful to avoid analysis paralysis.
