I would like to connect with an agent with a thorough knowledge of the New Brunswick, NJ market in Middlesex County. 

We have a 3-fam in New Brunswick (on Rutgers University campus) that I need your help with in terms of comps and CMA's. We are under contract and need to get a solid after repair value.
