And for sure absentee's depending on their situation will not be as motivated as some others.. remember depending on the town or city they may be getting many other yellow letters or whatever color people send. persistence and consistency is what works with direct mail..

Enhance your logo and smack your face (everything in color) and hit the same neighborhoods at least 5-8x throughout the year and you will see your response rate jump.
