My direct mail post card. Looking for input.
Hi BP I am looking for input, advice and yes criticism of it. I know they say not to re-invent the wheel but when everybody and there brother are doing yellow letters that are basically the same I wanted to try a different approach. They will be sent to not only AO's but used as a general mailing in my areas of interest. My thought is planting the idea of selling without coming across as to aggressive.

Your piece says a LOT but fails to make the simple point that you buy houses. I'm not sure what is being offered based upon the sentences you are using.
I like to say there are 3 pillars to the "cash purchase" offer:
1) CASH
2) FAST
3) AS-IS
Simplify - get rid of all those "yellow letter" sentences and go with more direct, powerful phrases:
Want to Sell ASAP? We PAY CASH & buy AS-IS...
Postcards need to make a QUICK impression - you have 2-3 seconds to make your point before it's in the trash.
Also "absentee owner" is kind of an industry phrase. People don't call themselves that. Maybe "landlord", "heir", etc., - don't use "absentee owner" in your copy. Speak to things they care about without calling them out by name...
