Are Bandit Signs worth it?

Question

So since I don't have a lot of money to begin with it seems that Bandit signs are cheaper than direct mail where you must send out 500 postcards to get a deal. So is it worth it? I know they're legal because I see them everywhere in my area, I just wanted to know what are the results to this?

They work for me. I don't put them in all my areas, but they do get the phone ringing. I do both signs and direct mail and trust me the signs are much cheaper. Like everyone else says check the legality in your markets.

also try dirt cheap signs.  I got plain yellow with wire "h" stakes for about $175 I think.  The count was 100 signs if i remember correctly.

Where do you buy them cheap? I found a website but they only sell you cheap signs if you buy them in large amounts. Or could you do it yourself? If so where would you get the plain yellow ones?

Probably not legal, just the ordinance is probably not enforced.  Check on that FIRST.

If you can use them they are very effective, but the callers are unqualified - may or may not have equity, etc.  But - love em or hate em - they ARE call generators when done right.
