Also if you havnt already you should set up your keyword preferences on BP for Bremerton and Kitsap and whatever else you are looking into.

It's clean, straightforward, and pleasant.

Keyword alerts in the forum are great as are the podcasts.

Feel free to jump in and contribute where you have experience to lend.Also, make sure to set up a few key words ("Sacramento" and others)...  

There are numerous posts on this site about financing real estate investments, but I think the basics are pretty straight forward.
