Hello everyone,

I'm a new real estate investor from Springfield Missouri looking to start flipping some single family residential properties over the next year.

We bought our own home as a hud foreclosure a couple years ago, spent about a month rehabbing it, and earned a bit of equity. Now we're looking to do it again and have begun studying real estate more seriously :)
