Hello Bigger Pockets Family,

My name is Josh Dreyer and I'm new into real estate. I'm very interested in the field and I'm very excited to learn many things about real estate with BP. I actually just started real estate school to get my license. Somebody that's really new to the industry as me, I believe getting my license, I can learn and obtain lots of knowledge that could be really beneficial when I start investing in real estate properties in the future.

My goals right now is to obtain as much knowledge and start gaining experience. I know with hard work I can slowly move myself to the investing side of real estate and start building my portfolio!

Anyways, I hope to meet many of you! Happy and healthy new year to you all! Wishing you all nothing but green lights in 2016,

Josh Dreyer
