Hello BP.

My wife and I recently separated from the navy and are enjoying civilian life here in Kitsap county Bremerton, WA. I'm new to investing in real estate although I have been studying it for about the last six months. We are ready to purchase our first multi-family. We are just waiting (actively searching) for the right deal to come along. I love the site and have been combing through the wealth of information.
